So yes…True story!!! I go to the store from time to time looking at the cheese isle for MINUTES!! and end up leaving without buying because I don’t what is what..,and which is good. Today I went and asked a French lady shopping, and she actually stood there forf ew minutes with me looking for what…

I recommend the Basque sheep’s milk cheese Ossau d’Iraty and (if you’re up for blue cheeses), Bleu d’Auvergne. Those two plus Cantal are my favorites!
